How we deliver your purchase
We offer free standard delivery in the UK only, we do offer shipping outside of the UK at a cost to the buyer using a courier of their choice. Please contact us via the contact form prior to placing your order.
We currently post all our orders via royal mail second class delivery. We dispatch orders at 2pm each day (10am on Saturdays)
excludes Sundays, any orders placed after this time will be posted the following day. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.
We also offer a click and collect service.
Returns & faulty items
Returns be unworn and in their original condition with tags still attached. You must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase, please complete the returns form. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
In the case of a buyer purchasing an item on sale or a promotional offer and that offer has expired will get a refund at a cost to the item when they purchased it.
Faulty items, we're really sorry you've received an item that's not in perfect condition. Please return to us within 30 days of purchase, if you would like a refund instead of a replacement please state on the returns form, we will make the refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
